This is one of those things that I have to figure out before I leave Korea or else I will not be able to die happy. I know the meat in Mapo-gu in Seoul is famous. I've been to Mapo-gu and tasted it for myself: it IS good. But why is that? There are no cows in Mapo... If there were cows in metropolitan Soul, I don't think I would eat them... Hmmm...
